Plan

We prefer to use a phased based approach when it comes to planning and designing projects, which is known as a Traditional Design Process. This helps to organize the information about a project into manageable pieces and move the project along in a linear path. The process can be customized for both big and small residential projects. We plan and create blueprints for custom homes, home additions, detached structures, in law in suites, outdoor spaces and more!

Design

The international code standards set forth by the ICC or International Code Council have been adopted in all states. These prescriptive methods are used by architects, engineers and designers in all U.S. counties. We used these same prescriptive methods as standards to design all our clients projects. These methods and codes maintain building performance and safety standards in a nationally recognized format.

Coordinate

Putting together a plan set for a particular project may involve more than one professional. We have the capability to coordinate with multiple types of professionals. We can coordinate with your contractor or suggest a few in the area for your project if you have not already hired one.
